Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your email address and order details, and your name if you provide it. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. When you use the contact form we keep your message and the order it relates to so we can help you.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfil orders, deliver activation instructions, provide support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site: your cart, checkout, and email verification. These cannot be switched off.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, and WooCommerce order attribution to record which channel an order came from. These are not essential. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting them, and nothing is stored until you accept. You can decline and the site works exactly the same. To change your choice later, delete the etd_consent cookie in your browser and reload the page.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share your browsing data with advertisers.

Third parties

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service: Stripe for payments, the network operators who issue your eSIM, and Cloudflare for site security, email delivery and the bot check on our contact form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our contact page.
