Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of easyTravelData and your purchase of digital eSIM plans. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Plans are digital products and are delivered electronically after checkout. Each order contains one eSIM; to buy another plan, place a separate order.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the full price you pay; there are no additional fees from us. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

3. Eligibility and use

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is not carrier-locked, and that the plan covers your destination. Some plans must be activated within a set period after purchase; the plan page states this. You agree not to misuse the service or resell plans without permission.

4. Delivery

Activation details are delivered to the email address you verify at checkout, usually within minutes. If your eSIM is not ready within 1 hour of payment, the order is refunded automatically in full. Please make sure the address is correct; we cannot recover an eSIM sent to a mistyped address.

5. Refunds

Digital plans are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not responsible for network coverage or availability issues caused by third-party operators.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
